Industrial Sweeper Scrubber - Planned Maintenance

Mark C. Pope has performed planned maintenance for sweepers and scrubbers for 25 years. We feel like this is a very valuable service for our customers. These agreements are designed to save our customers money.

Our current customers with planned maintenance agreements experience fewer break downs and the machines last longer. With the planned maintenance agreement our customers also enjoy a lower labor rate.

With a planned maintenance agreement we keep the unit on a maintenance schedule taking that burden off the customer. We remain very flexible with the planned maintenance in attempt to meet each customer's specific needs. We offer monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and bi-annual programs. These agreements remain very informal and require a simple phone call to cancel the agreement.

The planned maintenance includes travel to and from the customer as well as the first hour of labor. Also included in the planned maintenance prices are the materials required to perform the maintenance. They will include grease, lubricants, incidentals as well as oil and filter if required. The technician will make necessary adjustments, properly lubricate machine, check batteries and change the engine oil and filter for the I/C machines. Prior approval will be sought before performing additional labor or replacing parts. The machine will also be tested for proper operation and left in much better condition than when the technician arrived.
