You are allowed to submit reviews, comments and communications via markcpope.com regarding products and services. MCP reserves the right, but not the obligation to remove this content if it is considered by MCP to be obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, spam, in violation of copyright, objectionable, or injurious to any third party.

Product Returns

Items that are shipped in error by MCP will be accepted for return at full price and the return ground shipment charges will be incurred by MCP. Any order placed in error by you, the customer, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any freight return charges. Returns are only guaranteed if the product is still in new condition and the delivery occurred in the past 30 days. Any product that is returned with obvious signs of use is subject to approval and the return credit will be 50% of the item's purchase price. Refunds to credit cards will be applied in 5-10 business days; refunds by check will be mailed in up to 30 business days. Any opened detergent shipments are NOT returnable.
